i need a repair shop in Vancouver

where can i go in vancouver to get my rear tire fixed it has a hole in it and i dont know how to fix it or if it maybe even needs to be replaced, it is also burning a little too rich, blowing blue smoke all the time and i would like to know how to fix that too.. if anyone knows please e-mail me
